Fall Ball
Welcome to the 2026 Registration for Roseville Fall Ball
Welcome to the inaugural season of our Roseville High Schools Fall Ball Lacrosse program! We are thrilled to get our players out on the field this autumn to lay the groundwork for a successful, competitive spring season. This program will combine players from Roseville, Oakmont, West Park, and Woodcreek High Schools under the Roseville Youth Lacrosse Club moniker – Roseville Raptors
Fall ball is designed as a dynamic, low-pressure environment built around skill development, team chemistry, and local play days. It’s the perfect opportunity for our athletes to grow their game, build strong bonds, and stay active during the off-season.
Here is a quick look at what our fall program will focus on:
Skill Development & Maximum Reps
- Sharpening Fundamentals: We will place a high priority on core mechanics—stick work, precision passing, clean catching, and aggressive ground ball collection.
- Positional Growth: Dedicated practice time will allow players to refine position-specific techniques, from 1v1 defensive footwork to off-ball offensive movement.
- Risk-Free Learning: Athletes are encouraged to test out new roles, strategies, or equipment without the high-stakes pressure of a varsity spring game.
- New Players: Fall Ball is great way for new players to try the sport and enjoy learning before the spring season.
Team Building & Player Growth
- Establishing Chemistry: Fall ball brings together incoming talent and returning veterans, giving them a chance to build trust, communication, and camaraderie on and off the field.
- Early Evaluations: Our coaching staff will use this time to assess roster depth, track individual growth, and identify emerging team leaders early on.
- Conditioning & Fitness: Practices and scrimmages will keep multi-sport and lacrosse-focused athletes conditioned and game-ready.
Sign-up now - registration closes October 3.
